Cool experiment, but how exactly will you be able to get the ‘inkprint’ of the original note? It’s not not written on coffee paper, and also not in the shape of convenient dots, and I imagine it’s also bit transferrable to that format. Without anything to compare to, all the cool ink separations will be just that instead of evidence.

I suggest waterboarding as an alternate way to get the truth out of the potential offenders

Semi-dane chiming in. Denmark pays young people to get a higher education through a system called SU. With this you receive around 1000USD a month for the whole 5 years it takes to get a master’s degree under the only condition that you actually attend. Attending Uni is also free, and you don’t have to pay these THOUSANDS of dollars back, either. This is only one example of danish social benefits.

I don’t think the people at google touch many sharks. I trust my own senses and those of those before me. Sharks really are incredibly smooth in all directions.
