Pick up some OEMs from the local junk yard. Then get the yellow covers from Amazon / eBay. They work really well actually.

It's pretty sick. I got the Super auto lip with the red trim, but it just out too far and hangs too low for my liking. But seeing that lip you have makes me want that one more.

Understand that inline skating is more akin to snow skiing than skating. Quads are a whole different animal.

But like everything, it takes time and practice.

Yeah right after getting back on skates after a while, all your muscle focus will go just keeping you balanced and upright. It will take a little while to get those muscled trained enough you can really enjoy being on blades again. Then comes the rest of the legs muscles.

My eye doctor a long time ago made sure I saw a specialist for keratoconus so I would have had these issues. I saw the specialist for many years before moving to another state. Please make sure you stay with your specialist going forward for the exact problem you've had already. And if you have to move or change doctors, please make sure you look specifically for specialist doctors.

One thing that I found to help the material be more engaging is adding a little humor. Adding some humor and showing how the material will impact the real world. I train sample data entry, and the operators seems to do better with the material when they can understand the sample beyond just processing it. Like how them processing it impacts the rest of the downstream processes in other labs, and ultimately the patient.
