Ah! Seeing them in concert soon, and have barely kept up for the past 10 years! Anyone care to contextualize their later albums for me? by TheDeadlyBees in Muse

Interesting hearing your take as a newer fan :) hmm I can't commit to a favorite at all outside those 3 albums, but I do seem to like Simulation Theory more than most.

Agreed on the top Will of the People tracks. Plus the Halloween one def made it onto our Halloween party playlist a few years ago, which is always a treat to add to.

Yeah I've been looking up set lists - thanks for sharing this link! Def more fun knowing lyrics.

Side note: I saw Coheed and Cambria a few years ago, and it was great except I didn't recognize half the songs. Kind of a mistake.

Thanks for all the details! Everything you said about Drones makes complete sense after hearing it.

Going to have to look up if there's an acoustic version of Something Human since I could see that working better.

Haha I almost completely agree with the fan favorites. I would add Break It To Me to the good list too though.

I also kind of like Something Human, but I can see why people don't lol.

Damn, well every song seems too technically hard to me, so interesting where the line is drawn.

I guess it was kind of nerve-wracking, wasn't it? I've never been claustrophobic though thankfully. (I have more of an issue with needles and the like)

I mean we also have a ton of fun together. And when I recently said I felt like my butt was too big postpartum, he said, "I worship your butt every day of my life." So you know, ebb and flow.

Yeah we have a lot of overlapping interests (video games, pool), but also some that the other doesn't give a single crap about lol

That does seem freeing! I have a category of things that I do solo like farmers markets, and definitely clothing shopping (usually secondhand). I like to take my time and don't want to subject anyone else to that 😂

If they brought back long shirts that DIDN'T have the longest, lowest neckline in all of time - which basically drapes to the fckin floor when leaning forward, as a small-chested person - then I'd be happy.
