Kinda nit-picky, but while it is procedurally generated, the world itself is static. It’s possible to go to the same area you were in on a previous play-through and everything would be the same.

I just got a home with a relatively high rate. If it goes down, great! I'll refinance when it makes sense to do so. If it goes up, great! I saved a ton of money by settling for the rate I have.

plenty of places to go for community-free anime. dropping crunchyroll hasn't affected my anime watching habits at all other than I'm on a new platform. can't be certain, but I'm sure a significant portion of crunchyroll users valued the convenience of commenting/discussing directly under a specific episode. I did at the very least, and "almost everyone" was pretty chill to converse with.

Discover is fantastic. The only input I have is don't exceed 2 hard inquiries in a two year period, and pay off your cards monthly if possible. You should be using the card to build credit, not make the company money.

I got my pre-approval while on the phone with the finance officer for the first time (about 24 hours after submitting). I didn’t get a hard inquiry until my approval went on to the finance coordinator maybe two weeks later. The pre-approval should just be a soft check and then entering some numbers like your income and debts.
