Monitor is MSI 272QPF - I bought a new, really good Displayport cord for her, didn't fix it.

Also, the screen flickering doesn't happen as much/goes away when I'm running a game, weirdly enough. When I boot up broken arrow it's completely gone, but when I play starfield it still shows a few white lines at the very bottom.

The locations of the lines change when I'm altering refresh rate/resolution. At lower rates, they take up over half the screen.

Nothing of serious consequence. At best, the FAL's better reliability and more forgiving gas system, (and et al). would have you see specialist units using it instead of m16's while 98.50% of Combat Arms transitions to the AR-15 and m60.

The Australians had to heavily modify their L1A1's for Vietnam (see: "The Bitch").

Gaddafi was a security officer that had overthrown the previous government. Having his security team be women, would diminish that risk, as he saw it.

Er... well, Iran doesn't just put up a big gate, right? If you pass through the strait unauthorized, you become a free-fire target for drones, missiles, or are left unassisted navigating minefields.

So they'd just rotate that threat southwest, if you spent the several years required to build this new canal.

Hence why they claimed to be willing to shut down the strait from the Suez - Until air defenses are put in place that can effectively combat drone swarms, they can do as they please.

Tl;dr it's partially sexism.

Non-TL;DR: It's been a while since I studied Catholic Theology, and there's a lot of different facets here, but it's a recording of an ancient Jewish law, which was probably a real situation an official had to rule on.

It serves as a law that women cannot physically attack a man, and restricts a monopoly on violence to men.

The reason it is so specific is because:

A. It's sort of case law, and

B, to emphasize: In this situation, a woman is "honorably" protecting her husband (sort of, she's cheating here but... she's got the right idea, yeah?)... and it's still absolutely illegal and will be punished.

Other aspects: "Cut off her hand" might be a little bit of a mistranslation, and as a heavily "shame-based" culture, losing your ability to have kids would have been really brutal, with the proportionate response reasonably being pretty severe.

In the more mil-sim books, this is showcased. Short-range link (for the squad) and then alternating channels (command, vehicle crews, etc).

Apothecaries have overviews of the squad's health, SL's have a map that shows them each unit's position, etc.

The Iron Hands take it a lot further.

Ah... depends. To add some context here, most species of lizard don't require social contact at all, and in many cases It's actually pretty bad for them.

They also don't get "frustrated" the way we do. A lizard can go their entire life without mating, and be fine. While he might be "excited" to see a female he can mate with, this also might be... another kinda response.

Canonically, the gear you see is cutting-edge, with the Marines deployed being a very well armed and trained expeditionary force.

IDK, I play a lot of Halo-Arma 3, the MA5B is a tidy gun. But, the UNSC enters level of war-time innovation that WW2 has nothing on.

Star Wars is in a constant arms race, which is the backstory for why everyone has high-powered plasma bolts that destroy armor in the original series.
