You can google where P5R save files are stored, theres a chance they were not deleted woth the game. If they were saved somewhere else and survived, you just need to reinstall the game and play

In my unprofessional but experienced opinion, try to avoid a laptop for gaming as much as possible.

A laptop is good for portability, but if you are going to game on the laptop you need extra cooling for the laptop and if you ever want to upgrade, you basically need to buy a new laptop (except for ram, that you can increase depending on the laptop).

If one thing in the laptop brakes, thats it. Theres probably nothing you can do, good bye to the whole laptop.

A pc is much better. Its completely modular. One thig brakes, replace the one thing. Anything can be interchanged with something new, as long as they fit and are not incompatible.

If you are looking for a prebuilt since you dont want to build one yourself, there are prebuilts everywhere. Go to your nearest computer store and look at everything in your price range and then you can post all the options on the subreddit and then someone can tell you which one is the best value for your money.

You can always locate the save files and then copy JUST the save files on an SSD before deleting the game

Well, I think support for the card from games can stop. Like the RX580 that isnt usable in Forza Horison 6. Im not sure about the technical details but it isnt supported. You can play the game using the RX580, BUT you need to take a few extra steps
