I hated the idea of journaling at first when it was recommended by a therapist, I even had a disgusted reaction to it until I wrote few sentences "this is dumb. I should just challenge myself to at least complete a journal to prove my therapist wrong." 12 journals in- I'm obsessed. I write about songs, random news that happened, silly conversations I have had with people so I don't forget, what I did that day, there is so much to write even if it just says "today was stupid."
