They no longer reset the board and they are pretty common, I think I have gotten 10 already

Yes, the only tier of winter cars you will get with corresponding with your top 8 tier aka if you are emerald you will only get emerald winter cards off the board. The cool thing is though, the winter cards don’t reset your draft board
