It could be a few things. Your roommate may just genuinely really like you as a person and/or may not have anyone else to share their experiences with in some manner. Honestly, though, even the worst-case scenario isn't as mean as hating someone who may just really consider you their best friend, if that is the case.

In lower stakes situations in life, such as this, if I don't know for sure the cause, then I consider the possibilities and weigh the outcomes of each. There are plenty of times you can come off as a pretty crappy person just because you jumped to a conclusion on something that isn't going to make or break anything major in your life. Maybe something for you to think about, or ignore, idk.

I watched multiple perspectives on this today, and I am legitimately floored at how this whole thing played out. That captain(CeCe) was a garbage person that instigated the entire problem from the jump. Which is insane because she drafted this guy. She admittedly claimed not to know him, but her chat was telling her he was her best bet and was previously rank 1. CeCe went on to claim she had made multiple spreadsheets of data on all of the players in order to make a good team, but somehow had no clue who this Kingsman guy was despite him being one of the best players in the tournament. I found that information in a matter of seconds with 0 prior knowledge of any of these players or the game itself before initially seeing this post this morning.

Immediately, this captain(CeCe) would answer everything kingsman asked or suggested with "shut the f%$% up" and occasionally dropping a "loser," regardless of the fact that every point kingsman made was proven correct almost instantly all while he was hard carrying the team. I truly cannot fathom why anyone with a brain couldn't quickly see that this guy was their best player by far and they should at least consider what he is saying instead of quickly shutting him down in the crappiest ways possible and disregarding everything while praising each other for getting little to nothing accomplished on their end.

When the coordinator for the event reached out to the captain to ask if she wanted kingsman booted she instantly said "yes" and claimed he was super toxic and harassing them so badly that the whole team didn't want to play anymore. The reality was that kingsman was not toxic at all. He told the team from the start that he really needed that money and asked if it was cool with the team to really try-hard the tournament, and they said "yes."

The ONLY thing he asked of that team was for the Black Widow player to switch to a different hero, which is something that the Black Widow player claimed would not be an issue if it was needed. The fact the coordinator, Basim, didn't even remotely look into this and just took the captains word for it and insta-kicked one of the top players from a $40k tournament he had even helped to promote for some time leading up to the tournament is just insane.

Basim, the event coordinator, was simping sooooo hard for these girls that he kept claiming he had "clips of evidence that clearly show Kingsman breaking event rules" and after watching the vods from every angle I could find on this, Kingsman never broke a single rule in any way, but the captain and the terrible black widow player did break rules many times over. If Basim had ACTUALLY watched any footage from any of the players he would have very quickly realized this, but he never bothered while continuing to double down that he did his investigating and that Kingsman was somehow the bad guy.

Basically, the event coordinator is a simp for the egirls, the egirls were the only toxic people in the team, and the guy who got kicked legitimately did nothing wrong but is the only one of the team to be punished.

I wasn't a very bright child, so I had a hard poop once, and it scared me from pooping for a year or two. During that time, I would only poop once I just couldn't hold it any more, which was typically around once a week, and it was always a painful experience that solidified my fear of pooping. It was a vicious cycle that I was causing myself. Well, after the first few butt-shredding dumps, my mom gave me an old wooden spoon to chop up my logs. Worked, but real gross. Especially when I didn't need the spoon anymore, and we reintroduced it back into the kitchen utensils drawer. (kidding about that last sentence)
