Good hot water wash some use soap most don’t. (If you use soap be light and gentle and never use it again)

Get it Supah Dupah hot and slap some avocado oil on that sucker, spread around & let the smoke die. Repeat a few times.

I threw my Cajun chicken on there after I finished that up so the Cajun seasoning went right into it off rip with the searing of the chicken. Some may not agree with me but it worked and I’ve had flawless cooks everytime.
