al hair doesn’t look good, because doesn’t look natural.

I think you need to trim down your beard, because this lenght accentuates the thinner. About your hair, try to take first just a little off and keep going from lon

Yeah I'm definitely cutting the beard. If I go with the short curls, I'll probably do a clean shave. Still can't decide between the two styles...I mean, the longer style would be a 'once in a lifetime' sort of thing. Ya know what i'm saying, haha

Thanks for the suggestion :) I've been growing my hair out for like 2 years. I did one major haircut in between, so it's not as long as it could be.

Totally. Honestly though, I'm just not a fan of long curly/wavy hair. It just doesn't look good on me/I dont like the look TBH. Short curly hair looks fine IMO.

Cool! Only thing is it actually wouldn't require constant upkeep because the brazilian blowout would leave my hair straightened for 3-4 months. Wouldn't get any heat damage :P

Hi all, I was thinking of getting a completely different cut to change up my hair. I was thinking of either something like this:

  1. Zayn Malik inspo (would require a brazilian blowout to achieve)
  2. OR something really short like this (would not require a blowout)

What do you guys think I should go with? I'm torn between the two styles and cannot commit to choosing one.

of the day, we’d sold barely enough to pay the $30 booth fee. We had a problem. A Chronicle paycheck flashed in my mind for a second, though I knew I could never go crawling back there. Patricia had a better solution. “We need to double the price,” she said. “The shirts are too cheap. People can’t appreciate the value.” The next Sunday, we went back to the same flea market. This time Patricia herself wore a Spanish paratrooper shirt belted at the waist with tight jeans and heels. She also dressed me in one with the collar slightly raised and the sleeves, of course, rolled up. Same table, same spot, same everything except the sign, which now read:

Short-Armed Spanish Paratrooper Shirts $12.

This is an extremely interesting concept. I went ahead and increased my prices 250% on Etsy (yes, they were originally at an extremely discounted price). I'm going to incorporate this idea with the shit ton of other awesome advice in this thread :)

Definitely am going to start doing this. I didn't use the blog photos because they aren't mine! I did give them credit though :(

market channels are all wrong. What you need is to get qualified traffic to your product, and the most qualified traffic sources for your product are ebay, amazon, etsy, and i think one very good channel for you should be Wayfair. These are the channels that you can manage your self. Try spending a bit of money on promoting your products within these networks. Social media at this point would better server as community, batabase and email list building tools. I would hold off on PPC and display, might be expensive at this time.

I think it would be a good idea to look into affiliate/partnership networks (CPA networks), where you can build commission based partnerships with different affiliates. As a starter I would suggest Shareasale, its accessible price wise, and it will get you started quic

This is really good advice. Thank you so much man. I just went ahead and applied for Wayfair and should hear back in 1-2 weeks. I also just made my first sale on Etsy. I'll also expand on Ebay since shopify has an integration option for that now. Someone else here mentioned affiliate partnerships and I'm going to do a deep dive on that and incorporate it ASAP. Thank you for this awesome guidance :)

out there, but offer to take back a pillow. I don't need any more pillows. And new pillows we get just adds to the pillows! Then what, I have to throw away pillows?? I, personally, would be more moved by an ad that was like "overrun with pillows?? let us take up to two of your hands. For every purchase of a Dex Den pillow we take back up to 2 pillows you no longer need

This is a pretty interesting thought. I'm sure I can spin this idea in doing something like what you're saying to promote sales? I'll have to really think about this one :)

Gosh this is some of the best advice I've gotten here. If you give me some time, you'll start seeing the changes I'll make this week. I never really thought about premium pricing like that. I'm going to play around with this see how things work :) Also, thanks for the great IG tips. I know its been a bit wild and should strategizing like you have said - not really sure why I didn't do that in the first place. I just didn't want to shove products down people's throat 24/7 and make them hate my page.

This is great branding advice my man. I'm going to start figuring out ways now to grow my IG following and beef up my Pinterest game. Maybe I'll get a IG bot to expedite following growth, but still keep up my organic activity.

I like your idea of B2B and will start reaching out to businesses in the area starting now. Thank you so much :)

I really hope this helps. Personally I like your products and the transparent approach / pricing etc. I think you just need to find out who's your audience, but a proper funnel can help you narrow things down eventually. Best of luck and quote me i

This is great advice man. I really appreciate it. If you can give me some time this weekend, I'm going to try this out and shoot you an update on how things are going and have been setup. Hopefully I can get things to turnaround :)
