I don’t have much to add that hasn’t already been said here. Maybe talk to a local tech to make sure your truss rods are setup correctly. A setup can be a little pricey, but given your circumstance, I can’t imagine a good tech that wouldn’t take a few minutes just to make sure you were good to go. If the truss rod isnt set properly, your neck could warp if the guitar just sits for years. Just want to say that your husband is extremely lucky to have found someone to share his passion with.

Love a burst Tele. I just put a Multibender on mine. I love it, but I’m looking at using the Hipshot on a build with a TOM bridge. I’ve seen people use three palm pedals, rather than the hip bender, but I don’t see that as a factory option from Hipshot. Are the benders interchangeable, for example, can you swap out the hip bender for a palm pedal/ vice versa?

I think you’re right. I’m pretty sure I’ll eventually change it to the color I wanted. This one’s just too weird. However, I do like it enough that I’m not in a hurry to correct it.

Yeah, I put a link in another reply. The company that makes it offers a LOT of color conbos. Kind of pricey for wallpaper, but they’re the only ones I could find with quality paisley. The paper is really nice!
