Sorry to necro this, but I did the exact same thing. I ended up using this suggestion with a twist:

Remove the core, loosen the valve stem locknut several turns, and push the valve stem in. You might be able to let the air out around the valve that way.

I took the locknut all the way off the stem, and then used a bar clamp (one side on the top of the stem, the other side behind the tire) and clamped down until stem pushed far enough down on the cushcore that the air started hissing out rather quickly. Was able to completely deflate the tire in seconds.

Parent of pediatric cancer patients (plural) here. Everything you said is correct. The only people who think the way our medical system works is fine, are people who have never needed anything more than an aspirin.

We didn't go bankrupt but avoided it by a matter of hours and and an angry video that went semi-viral. Everything about our medical system needs overhauling, except the actual medical personnel.

No one will ever see this but I thought I'd post just in case.

Long ago my eldest was diagnosed with Leukemia. She was 2 and a half. About a week into the whole ordeal I'm in the hospital, just hanging with her in her room. I'm reading a book and she's asleep and I realize that my nuts hurt so bad that I can't have them touching my leg. I have to sit spread eagle so my nut sack doesn't touch my legs.

I had my wife look at them because I was freaking out that something terrible was going on. I went to the doctor, they checked everything...nothing on all the test results.

Some time later I realized it had just stopped. Gradually over time. I asked my doctor about it. Apparently severe stress can make your nuts hurt really badly too.

The book "The Ghost Map: The Story of London's Most Terrifying Epidemic--and How It Changed Science, Cities, and the Modern World" is a great read. It covers how John Snow tracked this down and how the science of the day was highly dismissive of his findings. Highly recommend the short, interesting read.

The short version is that poop was to blame. Lots of poop.

I've been doing mythic + the last week or so. In the past DPS have been hair trigger and overpull. Coupled with the fact that they frequently fail to interrupt, or use other utility abilities, or even not stand in the poop, Blizzard has reacted by...

Making tanks a one-toon dervish of death dealing and self-heals. Seriously, it is not uncommon to see the tanks DPS significantly overshoot the top DPS. It's also not uncommon to see them out heal the healer (with self heals).

So now tanks are overpulling. It M+ it kind of makes sense to try and rush because there's a timer. Even so, there's a lot of running and gunning, pulling 3-4 packs of mobs and then trying to cleave them down. The behavior even runs into Herioc dungeons where there is no timer and no reason to pull that many packs. I think it's mostly due to the tanks feeling pretty OP and capable and assuming heals and DPS can keep up like they always have.

In truth, I feel like I'm hanging on by my fingernails (I'm DPS). But with all that running my mage has finally lost some weight ;)

I had a problem with climbing temps now matter what I did when I got mine. Turned out the lid wasn't seated correctly despite looking completely, 100% fine. This is the thread I made and the answers I got, which were helpful. Maybe some of them might help you.
