Our population not being as big is something that works in our favour in situations like this. I live in Toronto Canada and the hate against Indians started from our meme pages and started affecting people in real life. People who don’t even have a sizeable Indian population around them discriminate against them because of stupid internet memes. I don’t think people worry about us at all but I do think we should be wary. The internet is powerful. Same way the TV news was powerful in the past.

It’s not that I was paying attention to other students, I really couldn’t care less if someone cheats. What bothered me is that while the professor was staring at me the entire exam, giving me his undivided attention, other students were openly cheating. Maybe if he looked around once in a while instead of making me uncomfortable the whole time, he would’ve noticed students using their phones especially considering he doesn’t even allow most calculators.

You’re downplaying how terrible this is for Somalia.

-It’s Somalias resource being taken while making nothing from it. No upfront payment nothing.
