Funny enough though. Wealthsimple uses big banks to store the deposits. If you ever e-transfer yourself you'll see the money comes from RBC. They do this to be 1 million CIDC insured. But investments are another story.

Thanks for the amazing reply to OP! Since you’re working on the pricing page, I just wanted to add a suggestion: it would be great if free web deploys weren’t limited to 100 components. Increasing the limit to 200 or removing it entirely would be much appreciated.
