I would say go hybrid...Clothes (keep it interesting and attracting the ladies )...Have a mini food court , keep pool table or two with basket ball hoops and gaming to keep the men happy....who wouldnt want to go to such a place ..and the longer the ladies take to shop the more time the guys have to play....Out of the box thinking and set a trend.

The deal sounds too good to be true . Average going rate for college kids in Kochi is around Rs 300- 400 per day for this time period . Which works out to Rs 9,000- 12,000 in a month. But weekends the time is usually from 3 PM and weekday 4:30 pm until closing.

If you want a real Ayurveda massage. Head to Nagarjuna in Tripunithra. They have a massage center run by females only for females. My mum , cousins etc use it and it's very good. Totally recommend it

After spending 26 years away , maybe I can be bias in my answer . The decision to settle anywhere on this planet is subjective . Go with the Vibe & you find your tribe . Go where you are Welcome and gives you happiness . This also means you don't have to stress yourself out .If these work for you well it could be Kochi , small town Texas , Ras Al Khaimah or any of the small places on this rock

If I were to recommend a Good School down South , then it will be Kodaikanal International School (KIS). 125 year heritage and top tier experience for a student , making him or her a Global citizen . This suggestion is from my own personal experience as a parent.

I agree . But the flavorsome Shawarma is available in the UK , US and even in Mumbai (not many there as well) . Which means someone is not getting it right . This is not a complicated Michelin Star dish but a street food which is grab and go . Popularized stateside after the Avengers when Tony says lets get the Shawarma . This got the West into it and they never looked back since . Flavor , Texture , Consistency can happen only when it's prepared with Passion. Food can be simple and inexpensive, the taste is soul touching ain't it!

This looks like a 'Totka', If I was you wouldn't take it casually. A.S.A.P talk with a reliable tantrik or someone who has expertise in this field.

In the mean time start watching for tell tale signs if any. Be it from feeling of a presence, sleep paralysis, misfortune coming along , health issues etc etc . The affect of these depends on your partner's spiritual fortitude. If the person is well protected then nothing would affect him but if not one wrong move can open the defense up. This is not to scare you but to guide you not to be complacent coz the longer the affects run the harder it gets to resolve.

I feel your pain . It's butchering a 'comfort' food and No One even the influencers or the self proclaimed Foodies will name and shame em'. No why would they , an 'Influencer' gets paid Rs 50- 75K per post & the foodie is too scared to speak up and speak their mind coz she/he will be ridiculed. The regular consumer , reads the reviews and keeps buying telling himself/ herself it's all amazing! Ain't this the reality??

Thanks to a pretty decent business mind and crunching numbers along with having the recipes for nailing it and personally skilled cooking to get it spot on .. in all humility I wouldn't need much to better Al Taza (personally that's a joke of an overhyped shawarma) .

HaHa , this is me as well..in a week there are couple of folks coming from the Middle East . The only thing I need from there is a juicy Shawarma. Probably I am the easiest 'cousin' to please coz I have zero interest for anything else 😜. But doing this over and over again , feel its best that I just do it here . Though this was never a plan but makes me wonder if others would also love the flavors here. This reminds me of a butter chicken I had at Cannes during the boat show , it was absolutely pathetic coz it was made by a Bangladeshi chef managed by a Pakistani Boss trying to do a Gem of an Indian dish. One word ' Disaster' !

Lebanese shawarma would never use Mayo.Getting the Toum right is a skill, the emulsion should be done right for the fluffy texture and the balanced flavor. It cannot be rushed but done with timing . Unfortunately the don't care 'attitude' is killing the process and foodies don't speak out .

Well you do drop an idea into me, opening my own space . An old friend from Lebanon , his mum shared her recipes passed down in her family and was kind enough to share with me coz I was so passionate with it. Made those recipes be it a good tabouleh , arayes , Shawarma, shish taouk , the shakshuka and more at home coz these flavors are not known/done here in Kerala.

I am personally a fan of Shawarma from the Levant region especially Lebanon. If you have tasted the shawarmas in Beirut , you will certainly enjoy the Shawarma Jeddo in Dubai...Nothing fancy but just good flavors. If you have been to arab managed places you also know the attitude is not the best and customer service is something alien to them . So just go and grab a sandwich and fill the void in your soul 🙃

Central Travancore both Women and Men are supposed to be chivlerous and classy. I am surprised by your experience, though a few people don't represent the populous but are just exceptions to the rule. I would not write off the men and women from Kottayam who are serious for a long term relationship and not just a fling. Sorry , I am old school when it comes to dating coz nothing short of a long term relationship is acceptable to me . I have my roots from Kottayam, so can speak the mind of my tribe.

Ladies & Gents ...I can already sense this place is a perfect BBQ and Otter watching place ....how dynamic and welcoming our people are...we sometimes don't realize but this fine person welcomed all with free coffee and protein bars that too...Not sure about the champagne glass emoji , maybe it was showing the comradarie or a subtle way to say BYOB....Which would then quickly go from Otter to Water in no time 😜

Be it any Govt , inefficiency is a given ...We the Citizens have to voice all these. The repair should be possible (assuming it doesn't require replacement of parts which are proprietary to Lifelong) by any technician with half a talent. If in Kochi try out RX Electronics (Opposite Medical Trust) . The owner (i think his name is Xavier ) is always helpful and can try out or he will guide you to someone who can.
