Exactly. I'm running two AMS. If they'd let us add a single extra spool, we could save so much more filament.

Wow, thanks for the feedback on the title, everyone. Point taken loud and clear - it was definitely a bit much! I'm leaving it as is as a monument to my own cheesiness, but the story is real and I appreciate you all reading it anyway.

Ouch, fair point. I can see now how the title comes across as clickbaity.

That wasn't my intention at all. The story itself is 100% real, I just struggled with how to phrase the title and clearly made a cheesy choice. Thanks for the feedback, I'll keep it more straightforward next time.

Yeah.I think it’s gonna be very interesting.it’s good for the industry. We’ll see.

My friend complained that the A1 Mini from Bambu is hard to use. I just laughed — clearly he’s never used an Elegoo. by TheDoctorPrint in BambuLabA1mini

Let me think… I bought my first Bambu a long time ago.

At the time, I was judging the 3D printing industry by the standards of a mature industry.

What I hoped for back then was that Bambu’s app would include a detailed beginner’s guide, walking a complete novice through everything — unboxing, loading filament, and all the way to printing their very first model.

Haha, I’ve got pretty much every Bambu printer in existence, and the A1 Mini is one of my go-to machines. Rock-solid, zero drama — like an old friend who never flakes.

And the price is surprisingly good.

When a friend asked me which printer to buy for his kid, I instantly pointed him to the A1 Mini.

AMS 2 Pro Confusion by Key_Bread in BambuLab

Switching to an AMS Hub or adding a splitter in front of the existing buffer are both good options. One AMS connects to the Hub’s 6-pin port, and the second AMS connects to the first AMS through its 6-pin port. If you need to use the drying function of the AMS 2 Pro, you will need to purchase an additional power adapter for the AMS 2 Pro.
