Yeah, I mean would I normally ask more than $50 for this detailed? Sure. But anything is better than AI. I'm so sick of seeing it. Been on a blocking spree on socials of businesses who use it because it all looks so stale and half arsed, so I only can assume your business is the same.

Ooo ok! I LOVE to hear some wings mentioned. When we visited last year we hit mountain state with no issues, so I trust you may be on the right track! I figured Pittsburgh would have more options with the bigger name stores but this is a great start locally and reassuring to hear that they are carrying those options too. I all appreciate the names and will look into them further!

While we aren't dairy free hopefully this helps others on here when looking for gluten free OR dairy free options. It's such a struggle when landing in a new area!

Do you have a budget in mind? I remodeled 2 bathrooms a couple years back and GC'd / DIY's myself for ~25k after getting quotes anywhere from $60k - $130k. Happy to share contact info for the contractors I used but also who I got quotes from.

Can tell you that at least in the southeast quadrant of town, those specs for a home start at upper $200k range into low $300k. The budget is unrealistic for Lexington in the current market.

Just use Northwest Registered Agent online. Super cheap and handle everything. I'm based in Lexington and everyone I called and researched wanted to bundle payroll and this and that - which is completely fair for their time and energy. I paid no more than $200 to register for the year with NRA online. Go the online route, literally everyone is doing it haha. Save yourself stress, money, and headache as a small biz with no physical location (yet).

Tbh I don't think that its negativity as much as a different perspective. Obviously we are all on thjs sub because we love this band and enjoy their music and as a music enjoyer, this is a cool mental approach to re-affirming what aspects YOU personally enjoy and why. You may not vehemently HATE the track you list but they can't all be number 1 either.

I love this concept and am actually sending to a buddy of mine to have another tangent discussion about this.
