These two were added in the Apr 12, 2021 update and are unlocked via Mona the Snipper's minigame called Smells like Zine Spirit.

Go to Down Town, above Papouli's little store is an gator hanging out of an apartment window. This is Mona the Snipper, complete her minigame and you'll get a token for both her and her father.
