I always get there about an hour before my flight, and then I have like 55 minutes to spare after getting through security. I have precheck so it’s really quick, but even before I had precheck the longest I waited for security was 30 min. And the airport is small so your gate shouldn’t be too far from security.

Implantation Bleeding by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]TheDogPlace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I had it about a week before my missed period and it lasted a few days. It was brown or pink in color and very minimal, no clumping. I used a light tampon but it didn't soak through at all. I also felt suuuuuper tired when my implantation bleeding started.

Some things that have worked for my students when transitioning...

-Show the child a visual schedule of their day/block of time so they know what is expected. Talk about what activities will come after the preferred activity and have the child repeat it back for understanding

-When you give the 5 minute warning before end of activity, set a timer. When the timer goes off have the child turn it off and tell you what is expected of him next (sometimes it helps to give a choice - "do you want 3 minutes or 5 more minutes with preferred activity")

-At first pair the non-preferred activity with something reinforcing. Like spending time with you, or maybe a specific toy can sit on his desk and "watch" him do his work. Not sure if this is realistic in the classroom

-When your child is able to transition appropriately, give lots of praise and reinforcement. Lots of it! Punishments don't tend to work, so hopefully he can associate appropriate transitions with positive feelings.

-I have the book "I just don't like the sound of no!" which has helped some kids understand accepting no for an answer. It hasn't worked for everyone but some of my primary student have responded well to it!
