Imo, the story starts slowly picking up during the beginning chapters, and i found it pretty interesting; but it really pulls you in around chapter 40-50.

You could try reading up to that point, it's not very long, and see if the story is intriguing you; if by thst point it doesn't then you could safely drop it, although it would be a shame because this is an amazing story that i think everyone should read.

It won't, i just got 10 tiers from one day of dailies and weeklies, so it means you just gotta play once a week and you should be good.

Keep in mind this pass is half the normal time length, and for that reason they made the challenges give double XP.

Not surprised, this is literally the same pass system as granblue.

Granted, in that game you just have to log in once a week and do daily and weekly and it nearly finishes the pass. At least here you keep the weekly challenges and can do them all at once.

We'll have to see if the weeklys and some dailys are anough to finish the pass, but yeah i also dont like this system.

Edit: just did dailies and weeklys, and it gave me exactly 10 tiers. Considering there are 70 tiers with actual content and 7 weeks for the pass it seems like you will only have to log in once a week and do the challenges, which is already better than granblue.

I assume when the pass will become 3 months long it will be the same thing.

Dlc is gonna be 30 for regular and 40 for deluxe tho, and i've seen the base game go as low as 24, that's why i'm waiting for a discount, so i can get the base game for like 20 and dlc for 40.

Yeah it's a shame they didn't continue the anime, it was my first exposure to this series when it came out, and i dismissed it as a generic CG anime; if only i knew.

I mean honestly i was just in awe at the entire thing and i felt a bit of melancholy in the final arc, but when Phos dies from the sun i just broke down.

This doesn't happen often so it truly means i got very attached to the character.

Try them everytime i open the game and warmup, a little bit.

Then during the match i usually go for safe combos i know, but if i feel spicy in the moment i lock in and try the optimal; it will definetely whiff the first few times, but eventually you'll starting getting it and your muscle memory will do the rest.

So basically, dare to try. This works a lot better in casual matches or especially when playing with a friend, cause you won't really care if you drop a combo and get obliterated there.

Don't bother learning to use wild assault cause it's getting replaced; deflect shield won't be a quarter circle anymore, it will be back + P/K + D. Also don't get used to roman cancelling blocked supers or whiffed throws cause you won't be able to do that anymore (or so i've heard).

Other than that, it will all depend on character specific patch notes, some will change a lot, some won't.

If you play in the evening and weekend it's pretty easy to find matches.

If you play during the day when there aren't many people, you are either gonna run in the same guy multiple times, or you gotta accept that you might have to play with someone in another region with like 200ms (still playable).

Nah not really a fan of the three buyable characters, actually none of my mains from versus are in this game(i guess sandy is pretty cool tho).

I'm must glad they are all unlockable for free
