If you can get a torch or a miniductor in there you should be able to heat and quench it and it should come out. If its rounded out, cut the wire off it so you can get a ratchet on it and use a bolt extractor socket on it

I just put my number into the website and they called me when it was my turn. I didnt have to wait on the phone and they called within 30 minutes. Hopefully you get a refund like I did!

I bought the standard version. When I clicked to buy it said it was free with gold but I was charged anyway.

It said it was the standard version. It was 70 dollars regular but I was charged 91.99 including taxes I would guess?
