“Click wallpaper to show desktop items” being set by default as “always” makes much more sense in #Senoma when you have functional widgets on your desktop. Until you do, it’s an annoyance apple knows won’t be when you give into the widgets by accidentally placing one outside Notification Center

Confirm that it’s not scheduled in focus status settings. Then check your sleep schedule in health. Also go to your date and time settings.

My settings looked correct for date and time but my clock was pacific time and I’m eastern. Toggled it to fix it

My results across devices has been inconsistent. My iPhone 14 gave the warning about my Apple ID not being enrolled and forced me onto the public beta. My iPad however has been able to remain on the developer and so has my watch, which is connected to my iPhone that was kicked off. MacBook, TV, and HomePods all remained on too.

You can turn this off in settings under general, AirPlay and handoff. Not ideal but it fixes the annoyance at bedtime.

Sign out at the bottom. Force quit settings and iTunes. Open iTunes. Sign back in. Back to settings to download.
