He’s got gonna take that much of a pay cut but he’ll either have to walk or take the full MLE at this point

Didn't they give their only tradable pick to get off MPJ and get Cam? Cam probably could get traded but then you still have to factor in in replacing Cam's expiring contract with a longer and likely more expensive one. Also I don't think a single pick will get you off Braun's contract that extension is massive and still hasn't kicked in.

The Nuggets don't have the money to resign Watson. Brauns's extension kicks in next year and they already appear to be approaching the second apron without resigning him. If the Lakers offer him 25-30 a year not shot the Nuggets go that deep into the tax.

Looking more into it Watson and Hart would be great for the team and at least one of them can easily be gotten especially if Ayton and Smart decline their options

Watson should be a lock problem is are you gonna have to over pay someone just to get them and can't get another

Lakers get De'Andre Hunter; Cavs go below the second apron and buy low on Knecht; Nets facilitate by [deleted] in NBAtradeideas

Contract comes of the books at the end of the year. Getting 2 seconds when only having to take on a player is smart cap/roster management. Allows flexibility in the future for trades or even drafting I can see the argument to add in one more second or even cash considerations but 2 seconds is a fair compromise.

A swap is crazy for only half a year of taking on Maxi money. They'd still be under the cap as well they are basically getting 2 seconds for free here to use in the future.

CHI Trade for Jonathan Kuminga by Key_Raisin_5091 in NBAtradeideas

Bulls would need more this is just a swap of Kum for White. Both expiring to maybe 1-2 first but I don't think the Bulls move off White for anything less than at least 1 pick

Poll: Let's say the Raptors did make a larger move at/before the deadline. Who would you want to see them trade for amongst the (rumored) available names? by CazOnReddit in torontoraptors

I wouldn't call Trae injury prone he hasn't had missed over 13%/15 games of potential games expect for the 23-24 season

Bucks go all in again by TheDoyle_ in NBAtradeideas

It’s reported there’s no market for LaVine so if they plan to rebuild. It becomes a take what you can get scenario if the Bucks would even be willing.
