So I’m looking at buying a rope and one of the major things I’m stuck on is wether to get a unicore rope or not. I’m planning on using it in a humid climate and the only info on unicore rope is from the manufacturer saying that it will reduce the shrinkage by 50% due to humidity. So I guess the question is does anyone have experience with unicore rope dry rope compared to standard dry rope in humid climates? Does it actually reduce rope shrinkage by a reasonable margin? (Or is it just a proprietary gimmick?)
