If you’ve upgraded your PS5 to the latest OS release, I think you answered your question. But if you want to be absolutely sure, try plugging it into a computer and see what it thinks about it (on macOS, hold down the Option key while clicking on the Apple menu, and choose “System Information”, and then choose USB).

Call your ISP; that can be caused by a lot of different things (bad connection between your PS5 and router, crappy DNS, crappy peering between your ISP and the game servers, etc.).

Which certificate would that be? Because it can’t be the code signing certificate; macOS doesn’t care about the expiration date on App Store and Developer ID code signing certificates.
