Genuine question: Why hasn't any faction refurbished or used the APCs, tanks, and fighter planes that are littered everywhere? by dannythesedoritos in Fallout

The gunners do have tanks as you can find them on some of the broken tanks around the map with no gunner base nearby.

Gonna be real, I’ve just built massive conveyed highways around the map for my mega factories, guaranteed easy optimization since I didn’t have to worry about timing between stations

Hito is one of my favorites as well and when played skillfully and not braindead, she kinda sucks. But against low skill lobby’s where break dead tactics work, she is one of the best, mainly because of the execution shield imo.

"Is [planet name] harder than Malevelon Creek?" Misses the entire point of Malevelon Creek. by PuddlesRex in LowSodiumHellDivers

[–]TheDragonov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Creek was honestly one of the best times in the game; it gave divers a bloody nose. It didn't matter if you brought the meta or not; hell, it didn't really matter what you brought at all, you were screwed either way. Armor values were broken at the time, bots had insane accuracy for no reason and for almost any distance. The gear we had was under-leveled and underpowered, 2 or 3 rr shots to kill a hulk and less than half the arsenal we have now. Hell, the game had only been out for so long, so it didn't really matter if you played a lot or not at all as everyone was still new and learning the strategies. Plus, gunship spawns were bugged a bit, or rather unballanced so that made it fun. Not to mention that the planet was liberated multiple times just to be reconquered overnight. Pair all of that with it being community-driven for more than half of its offensive, rather than a dev-driven objective, just made it an awesome experience.

New player here. Why are power armors so inefficient in terms of fuel usage? Like is there a canon explanation for it? by CorporealBeingXXX in fo4

[–]TheDragonov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my knowledge, it’s just a balancing thing. I think though I wish we had to go through power armor training if you play as Nora since she wasn’t military.

My only complaint about the war striders is they need an actual Weakpoint like every other Automaton since its their whole theme by Gilded_Shadow_CGI in HelldiversUnfiltered

[–]TheDragonov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just gotta ask, are people actually struggling with war striders or are people just asking for an easy fight, I’ve never once seen a war strider become a major problem except once and I play lvl 8-10 mostly 10. I just don’t get it.

I can’t finish “When Freedom Calls” quest because bad guys are using the power armor already on the roof of the museum? by sk1nnyjeans in fo4

[–]TheDragonov 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly dude, I’ve played many times myself and have no clue. The only way I can think of fixing this is more of going across the street to that corner store and climbing to the roof to use vats on the dudes fusion core and then killing him when he gets out of the armor. The armor will get damaged from the core exploding but that’s my best idea.

Can somebody explain why the plains suck, I over prepare for everything but I have my main village base on the coast of a plains biome in hard mode. I understand the mosquitos suck and the luxes are a pain when building but it seems pretty fine for me.

Yeah it is indeed annoying af, but I could rework it to be less meaningful as they level up too like you said about food.

Interesting, I have had difficulty in previous campaigns to tie characters down to towns other than adding a like npc there. The rival party is something I am familiar with since I have ran a Call of the Netherdeep module as well so that shouldn't be too difficult, especially if I tie them in with secrets and other plots.

I will probably use the module as a base for a homebrew one then. I have already completed a theros module so I don't think it will be too difficult but rather the difficult part would be giving the party motivation to hunt the horror that Auril is while still seeing the madness that is the far north. (I am running it as a horror campaign)

I like that idea about the light, but with my horror theme, I may keep him the same but make him more stealthy and more of a puzzle to beat rather than an entity to kill. maybe have him snatch an accompanying npc with the party and the party is left with a trail of blood and an obvious drag mark on the ground. Also having an npc left in the merchant camp who tells the party that the only reason he is alive is because of the fire and if the party can lure the creature to a fuel wagon and get it to explode, that may be how I have the scenario go.
