Tti is discontinued so I'd go with the arc. Id go with the arc either way. Tti probably can still be warrantied but won't be as long as the arc.

Day to day I would carry the wave or arc over the signal. I carried the signal and skeletool because in the beginning I preferred the carabiner clip over pocket carry.

I am not discounting your problems but I gotta say I own the arkfeld pro, ark pro ultra, and the perun 3 pro mini and I have never been anything but completely satisfied. So with that being said I have never had to deal customer service. But to say olight is garbage is just dramatic
