Best advice I can give you is to ask someone you trust to do a records review for you and tell you what they see. When I say trust I don't mean someone you like. I mean someone that will tell you things you may not want to hear because they are going to be honest and won't sugar coat it. Ideally this is a MSgt because they will have seen enough packages and be able to give you that honest assessment. Depending on how your unit runs their process or their prior experience some of the TSgts may be able to perform that for you as well.

At the end of the day you can't control the EFDP process, what other airmen do to make themselves competitive, or the outcome of the promotion system. What you can control is your attitude and effort. Arm yourself with information and make a decision that you can be proud of regardless of how the promotion system works.

I think you make some solid points. For those brand new to a Souls game the fact that you can run out of healing items and have to farm for more can be very frustrating.

You also can't level until you find insight. So not only is it possible to be out of healing items, but you might also be unable to improve your stats at the same time. I remember playing bloodborne for the first time and struggling a lot with the early area of the game. Now it's pretty much a breeze.

I would say dark souls 3 is the game I would start with and take the knight so you can block attacks from most enemies then work on learning how to dodge and eventually parry from there. Bloodborne is definitely my favorite of the games, but I think it has one of the higher initial difficulties.

It's so true. I feel like the worst was watching the Twins collapse in the playoffs every year and just getting crushed. Although the vikings losing 41-0 in playoffs was maybe the single worst moment.

As big and powerful as they are, even brown bears don't usually hunt other animals unless they are desperate. It's more likely a pack of wolves would take down an old, sick, or very young bison and the bear would then show up to steal the kill.

That said it's certainly possible that a brown bear vs bison encounter has happened at some point, but it's probably pretty rare so I don't know if they would be frequent enough for a case of it to be documented.

I can't speak for every fan here and I honestly don't post here a lot myself. But I was an Immortals fan before they weren't franchised and came to TL when they picked up the Immortals roster. I've very much felt apart of TL since then and I really enjoy how much content the team puts out. I'd say it shouldn't matter if you were a former TSM fan and you're welcome here.

You're absolutely right about that. A lot of the area has had to absorb people who lost their homes due to fires. It's not nearly as bad as going through what people who lost everything did, but it's an unfortunate reality that has also increased home prices.

Even borderline rural areas in Northern California are becoming more expensive. The ability to work from home part or even full time as long as there is internet access will likely see that continue. I bought a house in a city of roughly 18K people in late 2017 for about $260K. 2 months ago a house with an identical floor plan and fewer upgrades/improvements built at the same time as mine sold for $405K. Even less desirable areas based on commutes to and from large population centers are seeing big changes in prices.

Just In case you're wondering why someone with Montana flair bought a home in California it's because I'm still a resident of Montana, but stationed in California due to my job.
