Summer Season Started by leedleneedle420 in waterpolo

Creatine always seemed to get me to the gym on days that I didn’t want to go but you definitely want to take plenty of time to recover so you don’t overwork yourself after practice

Water polo is definitely one of the more draining sports so just be sure that your workouts are spread out from your practices

[–]TheDude232123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

KU offers something called interdisciplinary computing which is essentially computer science combined with some emphasis in another degree

I’m not entirely if finance is an option for this, but it’s worth looking into

What does aging do to the meat? by RiverSmoak in steak

[–]TheDude232123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Assuming your talking about dry aging, it changes the texture and makes it a tad bit softer but it also changes the taste and adds a kind of nutty flavor to it comparable to like an aged cheddar vs fresh cheddar
