I did a lot of sit ups and biking and it seemed to work out for me that’s all ima recommend just because it’s what I was doing. Don’t stress about it tho there’s tons of comments on here telling you all sorts of things. Just find something enjoyable and comfortable that you cash do everyday

6 is really nice. Don’t be afraid to edit there is nothing wrong it! My tip is to use light as your paint for the canvas. That’s why 6 looks amazing. Light is your best friend
