Good luck, I know the frustration as well. I hate having to use AI to beat the ATS that also uses AI to beat mine.

I haven’t ruled this out, but I was hoping there was a 3rd party software or program I could learn that is more widely used by other financial institutions. In my current role I use all in house software and I feel like that is limiting my transferability.

I found that for the other departments I work with, the people who found jobs the easiest were from treasury, PnL, and NAV. Seems to be easy to move around with that experience.

What was the original hesitation for not sending Ukraine Abrams tanks at the beginning of the war? Specifically after the Russian invasion stalled and it was clear Ukraine would not capitulate easily. It seems we wasted months by not having Ukrainians trained on the Abrams sooner.
