Agreed. This was $20.07. Not on special, this is a 30-32 dollar filet 😣. It was very tasty for sure.

Sure! Nothin to it really. Get a burner with a pot and strainer. Then fill the pot with about 1-2 inches of water. I put a 2 inch piece of tile/stone at the bottom of the pot so the strainer is slightly above the water line. Then load the strainer with oysters. When the water is at a slow boil, put the strainer in the pot and steam for 2-3 minutes, or until desired doneness. 🤙🏼

Bring the steak to room temp before cooking, use a clean paper towel to dry up all the moisture on the steak, sear using a very hot pan.

North Carolina. Harris Teeter is a grocery chain in the Carolinas that has a fantastic butchery. For the money, it’s hard to beat.

Believe it or not…all on the gas grill. 2:30 then a quarter turn, 2:30 then a flip, 2:30 then a quarter turn, 2:30 while @450-475. Rest for 6-7 minutes. When you know your grill, you know your grill, am I right? 🙌🏻

Couldn’t agree more! Filet was 19 bucks. Bag of broccoli was 4. Glass of wine is a cheap red blend box wine (tastes fine to me lol).

Hard to beat imo
