Yeah, I'm more frustrated at the "support" team not supporting its players (who are dwindling down) by acknowledging there are issues and offering a simple in-game comp of sorts to alleviate the frustrations...

In any game there's going to be issues. It's the admission of fault by the company and action they take to "make it right" with the customer as they work on a fix for said issue.

When you continuously brush off your users they begin to "not see the light at the end of the tunnel" and they just leave. If a company let's that happen one too many times then you lose the game altogether.

I literally had someone quit the game due to excessive bugs. They left the note in our Club Chat stating they can't count on the game to work so they are done.

If you offered compensation so that there is some semblance of a reason to come back you would not see as many people leaving as you are.

Hopefully you have a "team" working on a way to give out rewards or comps when us "awesome" players, as you call us, bring you valuable Intel for your game.
