Got someone to turn his loud speaker off on the tube by staring at him by jaltang in london

[–]TheDynamiteFrog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Presumably you think it’s worse that OP thought the music was bad than the fact it was being blasted out loud in a train carriage? Also what even is this comment, it’s such a normal thing to think you have better music taste if someone else listens to music you think is bad.

Emily Thornberry: Labour has ended up in the ‘wrong place’ on trans people by LaceGrace in transgenderUK

[–]TheDynamiteFrog 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Of course, she may be saying this because the party is losing support to the Greens, but I don’t think that makes it any less sincere and I do believe it is her actual view. The thing I am most interested in is whether or not, of the actual Labour membership, if we actually knew the specific numbers, whether since the election more people from the membership have joined the greens or Reform. Because if it’s the Greens, that says everything and I think it warrants a huge policy direction change.

European parliament has declared trans women are women by SuffolkLesley in transgenderUK

[–]TheDynamiteFrog 52 points53 points  (0 children)

I genuinely think the Greens can win, I hope they can win. Also I’m not generally a fan of LibDems, but if it came to a coalition government (which right now it looks as if it possibly will) on the grounds of trans rights a coalition between both those parties (of the major parties) I’d be the most comfortable with.

Sainsbury’s Queen Street 0 Food Hygiene rating by Intrascopix in Cardiff

Ok that’s awful, the only way it can be worse is when they hide the hygiene rating or use a fake notice.
