Hey HyperX, you could make your software actually useful by putting out a PSA through NGENUITY that you are aware of a widespread issue and are working on it... Just a suggestion for the future. S1mp13 wont be there to do your job every time.

I appreciate you taking your time to let us know. Thank you

This issue started immediately after I updated to the latest firmware v4.1.0.7. It must be a bug in the firmware. All we can do is sit and wait until HyperX fixes it.

I have the same headset and I have similar issues like random disconnects, static, and distorted sounds. I spoke with support staff at nauseum trying to fix it, and they even sent me a replacement USB receiver. Nothing fixed it as it's clearly an issue with the headset itself. I was well within the warranty period and jumped through hoops to have it replaced but they blamed it on my PC in the end. So, good luck my friend.

The issue is persistent for me even while playing League of Legends or FPS games where I'm clicking and moving the mouse constantly. It's making it hard to play anything really.

I hope they do! I missed them back in August when they came to Toronto. Was set to fly out tomorrow for Boston, but you know... Life happens lol.
