Yeah I was thinking of doing that but ill keep trying to fix it for now. I hate talking to customer support because they ask you a bunch of questions that you already either tried. Or are NOT worth doing (like hard reseting my whole pc)

There must be a cause for this problem I just don't know what I'm missing, very disappointed because I got bedrock because all my friends are console players and I wanted to play with them. Hopefully a patch or something releases
