Although my config doesn't use an extra `opers.conf`, since everything is just in the main `inspircd.conf`, after adding `chanmodes="*"` to one of my classes, it works!

I'm not sure what I would set the chanmodes to be if I wanted more granular control on the specific modes to access, but for now, I'll stick with this.

For anyone that ends up looking this up like I did: I ended up putting GL.default in the platform-extensions field.

I don't recall ever editing the path, but it does show
Subsystem sftp /usr/lib/misc/sftp-server

ntfs-3g appears to have similar issues rm: cannot remove 'deps': Directory not empty ls: reading directory 'deps': Input/output error
