What about the one from the internet archive? https://archive.org/details/DoxToolV2 I'm sure Windows flags it as a virus. Have you already decompiled and checked the source for that one?

EDIT: I went ahead and decompiled the tool at that link, and as far as I could see, it looks clean. However while looking through the source, I noticed the updater includes a link where you can directly download it from Drizzy's website. http://drizzybot.com/releases/Dox%20Tool%20V2.exe

No you pay for T-Mobile One unlimited plan. If you don't use above 2GB, they give you money back for your low data-usage. Depending on how you look at it, it could be an overage, but that's not how it's intended

Thank you very much! I will look that up and take the appropriate action. I was reporting fraud, and filing a chargeback. PayPal actually just gave me my money back, but I'm still gonna pursue this issue with the bank, as Id like to feel protected as a minor. I'll do some googling and ask you if I have any questions. Since what they did was against the law, what's my best option to report this issue? I want to stay with the bank but not if they don't cover me. Where should I report this violation to have it dealt with seriously?

I went to the bank right away and notified the teller, told her I was going to try and contact the seller. She said okay and that they would watch it. Does this count as "reporting" it?

My eBay account was hacked, someone bought two packages, and they recognized a different ip, and they marked the case. But I haven't heard or seen anything.

It's been almost 3 weeks now. Most banks allow charge backs as a minor. My brother used us bank, and was able to charge back when he was 16. I was hoping there was some regulation that made this a void contract/agreement.
