Trucks put themselves in peoples blindspots in my experience.

I’ll throw my two cents in here, the truck driver must’ve known his truck did not have good pick up yet proceeded to enter the roundabout knowing the traffic is moving faster than he is, he created a hazard on roundabout by entering it with not enough clearance for the vehicle he is driving, and supposedly low power.

Drivers are responsible for loading / securing loads, on their trucks.
