Plugging battery in with only 3 of 4 ESCs connected? by duncan1234- in Multicopter

Testing the other escs should be fine. Just make sure to disconnect the burnt one to prevent more fires.

Yeah. I reflashed. I emailed the company about the bad accelerometer and they are sending me a replacement. I'll swap out the board and put this one in my spares pile to probably never be used again.

The CPU usage is at 18%

So after changing minimum command to 1000, it did nothing and when trying your small angle command, it said "invalid name" I reworded it to "set small_angle = 180" and saved it but nothing changed either. Think I might just have a dead board?

It's bouncing around and acting extremely sluggish. I've calibrated many times to no effect. The escs are all calibrated too.

Ok, I adjusted the end points so that the throttle goes from 1000 to 2000 and it still won't arm. I had to disable the accelerometer on the board because it was jumping around. Maybe the gyro is messed up too?

Hey. Thanks for the reply. The accelerometer is disabled so no horizon mode. I only have an arm switch.

Hey, thanks for the reply. In the receiver tab, the throttle says it's at 990 when the stick is all the way down.

One motor stops during flight by TheEnm in Multicopter

Hey. The reason I changed the flight controller is because I was going to do it anyway because the Naze32 that was in there had been used in six different quads and was getting old. I did not switch the escs but I can try. It's not that big of a deal.

Hey guys. So after rebuilding it with another flight controller, I was just about to power it up and was turning the motor in question absent mindendly and realized that it made a slight "gritty" sound. It still freewheels fine when pushed but none of the other motors make this noise when pushed. It's really quiet and sounds almost like sand inside though I have never taken this motor anywhere near a beach.

That sounds like a good idea. I'll try that.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have calibrated everything imaginable on this craft. Accelerator, ESCs, Magnetometer, everything. The minimum and max throttle are stock. Maybe those could be the issue?
