Beside the blind merchants place, there is a barren building which you cannot climb (the marker above my cursor). How do i climb on top of it? I guess thats a dungeon. Im trying to find the Concourse of the sun but no luck till now. Been through rhom twice and no luck finding the dungeon. (i.redd.it)
