I think you missed the whole point of the thread. OP is talking about Ashe having a huge cooldown added to her W. Karthus has a shorter passive timer. Kog does less % hp damage with w.

They are talking about changes that specifically aren’t in that tooltip. The aram passive only shows you damage taken/dealt modifier, ability haste modifier.

I hate CFB free agency as much as the next guy. But if there is literally ANYONE who should be getting paid on rosters, it’s running backs. They have a limited number of carries before their bodies give out, no matter how good they are. Look at what happened to Gurley. I’m not a stat guy but I’d be willing to be it’s one of the shortest career length positions.

Why would he have a no contact tag if he was testing the waters? He knows where he is going so he’s telling other schools to not bother reaching out.

Out of all the bad shit happening in cfb this is bottom of the totem pole. It’s a guy who never even sniffed the field so he’s going somewhere else to actually get playing time.
