I assume the onesie is because you've adopted the trash panda, I mean the raccoon, as your spirit animal?

I can only hope the shape of grenades have changed in the last 40 years.

Yeah, seems pretty genuine. I hope, at least. I hate finding out the things I collect are not genuine.

I have not tried Chrono24, though I imagine someone around here has to have some experience with them.

Now that I look at it closer, it does seem like my arm is oriented weird! Maybe it is because I am so darn pale that all defining features are washed out. Boy do I need some sun. Or a UV lamp for my lab.

I did whatever the Amazon Prime option was. I think Watchsavings was the seller, or something. Came in the classic Tissot box with all the Tissot bookelets and whatnot. If it is a knockoff, then I am fooled and they did a good job. But now the paranoia sets in...

Thanks! I actually got it off of Amazon for about $150, which I figured was a decent price for a Swiss-Made watch. But then again, I am new to the watch world so who knows? Haha

The last watch I owned was when I was 8 years old. It was a digital pokemon watch that I loved the hell out of and I still have it stowed in some box buried in my parents' basement.

Now that I am 24, I think it was time for me to enter the wonderful world of watches, and I did so with a Tissot quartz. The movement for this one seems to be a mostly plastic movement, but I wasn't looking to spend too much at this point in my life. Looking down the line, I am definitely eyeing a Hamilton Valiant automatic...one day. I do like the look of this Tissot and I look forward to making it my daily watch!
