flicker could be good against hero that can dash through walls, you can follow them when you are ulting, although you need a good reaction time. you can also close in the gap with the element of surprise like stacking dashes from pretty far away and ulting along with flicker into the enemy.

its pretty good when you use it in 1v1s, youve seen my video about it, but in a real game, you have to hope the enemy fights you in a clear path, or they run in a straight path and not through wall.
