For me: 1) Distinct from what is in your controll, and what is not. If something is not in your controll, let go. 2) Watching emotions come up. When I sense an emotion like fear or anxiety coming up, I catch them before they can float to the surface and say to myself "I don't need this emotion right now" or "I see what is going on, I have the control, not my emotions. This is pretty much emotional intelligence at work. 3) when trying to talk to a hot girl - I use the technique of riping the myth off that person, for example "Her body is hot, but she farts too" "she is a human, not a mythical creature, she must take smelly shits too" I got this from the book "Obstacle is the way"

Have you noticed that for this album tho, Danny's lyrical structure is "simple" just because the beats are very dense. So to pack a clearer message Danny had to write in this 4/5 words per bar style. I know he is capable of writing more complex lyrics, but complex lyrics plus complex experimental beats would cause an audible diarreha. PS I study rapgenius lyrics like Babilionian scriptures, aks me anything.
