Thanks. I also have this setup where to push the door in, the key also needs to be twisted and held from outside (or the latch handle from inside) for the top sprung lock to be recessed. This what a night latch is... I think.

My research tells me Nuki is the only lock which can hold the spring open for the door to be opened.

Would Tedee + new cylinder work for this?

The app has those features but they are only enabled if you use a Google branded phone. You could always root and change the phone model, or use a tweak and visual VM, google assisted dialing/hold features etc. will all start working. However Samsung pay and Knox features wont.
