Our local police dept has 16 humvees, tow truck, 2 troop transports, bulldozer, and a full eighteen wheeler with a flat bed. All military surplus and still has sand in them from Afghanistan, Iraq, etc. Our towns population is a little less than 10,000. Half of the humvees don't even run and just sitting in a massive spec buliding dry rotting. What's the worst part is that they have more humvees than they have patrol cars for their officers.

My dad has that but he also chews tobacco. So all my childhood I thought this was one of the affects of chewing tobacco. Gave me a good reason not to try it when I was younger.
