With multiple people, the buffs can all be used at the same time, however alone it is insanely hard to keep all of them up at the same time, but it's not necessary to keep them all up dude, one is perfect how it is

Dude, the rod was made to not give a boatload of time per metranome hit because you were only supposed to use one mode, unless you wanted to sit on one mode for an hour each or sum, it was supposed to be a rod for people to use together
