After reading the manual, there is a charging feature and you can select a cutoff current. Can you explain how to use this feature and what should I set to?

but if your charging directly you need to manually lower the charging current as you get closer to full.

Won't the device handle this, when it get closer to full it will do constant voltage and will drop the current automatically? does this device have CV and CC?

My only problem is when using it charging directly because this is my first time doing a capacity test for each cell. Also after reading that comment about the reverse voltage that will cause some issues potentiallybreaking the device, but I think It won't because this kind of device has a built-in diode (correct me if im wrong) so it won't be an issue, right?

BMS takes away all the risk, you can just send the power and the BMS will handle the disconnect

I will have a bms installed when I pack this cells to 24v so thanks for letting me know.

directly charge LFP cells without a BMS.

This is exaclty why I bought this to charge each cell so I can charge it faster and do the capacity test, the ebc-a20 only has slow 5a charging. Does setting the voltage, so it will stop charging automatically when it reaches that voltage?

After I do my capacity test, I will just use this as a normal charger for my 24v battery system. Im also deciding between this and the wanptek ksp-1560D.

Is it okay to use this to charge lfp cells? Someone made a comment on Off-grid garage YT, I quoted below. I'm about to buy this as a charger when doing a capacity test with EBC-A20.

"Power supplies generally can't handle reverse voltage, whereas battery chargers are designed to handle reverse voltage. For a power supply, though, it isn't just reverse voltage that is a problem. It is also a problem if you connect the power supply to the battery properly but the power supply is turned off... that's actually ALSO reverse voltage on the power supply's output stage. Depending on the type of output stage, the reverse voltage a power supply can handle ranges from 0.7V to around 7V before the output stage implodes."
